Course Objective

We work more and more by objectives. How we achieve them is an important metric of our success. Through the introduction of fundamental concepts, we were able to encourage and develop the necessary skills so that trainees can manage a project objectively and efficiently.

The mastery of technique combined with soft skills, namely in terms of communication, leadership, among others, will allow the manager to leverage his team in order to maximize the value of the project in his organization. In this course, trainees will have access to knowledge that allows them to move from theory to practice and achieve organizational objectives in the execution of the project.
