Terms of Educational Services

This Term refers to the provision of educational services to the student/client, offered by Assertiva DESENVOLVIMENTO PROFESSIONAL (referred to as P-LAB), headquartered at Rua Carlos Machado, 197 – Jacarepaguá – CEP: 22.775-042 – Rio de Janeiro/RJ, registered with the CNPJ under number 06.280.178/0001¬10.

THE STUDENT'S VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT

At the beginning of each class, the student will have access to the virtual environment, where it will be available for each course.

LOSS AND REPLACEMENT OF LIVE ONLINE CLASS

The live online class will be recorded, except for exceptions informed to the students, and, if so, it will be made available in the student’s environment, so that he can watch the entirety of the class he missed. There is no possibility of replacing a live class. Engraving is a courtesy and also depends on the supplier of the engraving tool, so we are not responsible if there is a failure in the same.

COMMUNICATION DURING THE COURSE

Communication with the student regarding the beginning of the course and/or other relevant information will be carried out first through the closed WhatsApp group of students, if there is one, by email and/or through another channel provided by Assertiva.

REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLETE EACH COURSE

To receive the certificate of the course taken, the student must take a learning assessment test and achieve at least 70% of correct answers. The test can be taken as soon as it becomes available, but it is recommended that it be taken after the student has completed 100% of the recorded classes, participated in all live online sessions or later watched all recordings of these sessions and completed all exercises. weekly of that course.

DURATION AND EXTENSION

Each Course or Training lasts for the time indicated on its page on the company’s website. It is possible to request extensions of 6 months at a cost of 20% of the amount paid on the date of request.

CLASS CHANGE

The student may, free of charge, change classes once. The student will not lose the history and access to the completed content, which can be found in their virtual environment.

The student will be enrolled in the class that best meets their needs, always considering the availability of a vacancy in the desired class and provided that this starts within a maximum period of 6 months.

From the second class change request, a fee of 10% of the current value of the desired class will be charged.

POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION BY P-LAB

P-LAB reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if the number of students is not sufficient to make it feasible. In this case, all enrolled students will be notified at least 48 hours before the start of each class. This procedure does not limit the student’s responsibility to contact P-LAB to confirm the start of the class on the date previously offered, as P-LAB may not be able to contact the student for reasons beyond its control.

If it is necessary for P-LAB to cancel the class for any reason, without postponement or exchange for another class, the full amount will be refunded to the student. If the student cannot take the training on the postponed date, he may request a class change without counting as the free change he is entitled to, or request a refund.

CANCELLATION BY THE STUDENT

The request for cancellation of your already paid registration must be made by communication to the emailrelacionamento@p-lab.pro. To consider:

The student may, within 07 days after the start date of his class, request the cancellation and have the full refund of the amount paid.
After 7 days, an Administrative Fee of 20% of the amount paid will be deducted from the return, plus the full amount of the courses already started by the student.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The student undertakes to comply with what is stated in Decree No. 5,244, of 10.14.2004, art. 1, sole paragraph and in the provisions of Law No. 9,610, of 02.19.98 with regard to the protection of the intellectual property of P -LAB or its partners (online content, videos, handouts, manuals, books, etc.) to any form of reproduction and dissemination, without the due written authorization of P-LAB or the author of the work. Any form of recording of classes, whether in audio, photo or video, is prohibited.

ADDITIONAL STUDENT OBLIGATIONS

The student must keep the respective proof of payment of installments in their custody to resolve any doubts that may arise, considering that such payments can be made by bank. If there is a change in personal information, such as telephone or e-mail, the student undertakes to update it with the CONTRACTOR, in person or through the e-mail: relationship@p-lab.pro, as this is a procedure of his/her exclusive competence and responsibility.

DEFAULT

In case of default by the student regarding the payment of the service provided, a pecuniary fine of 2%, default interest of 1% per month and monetary correction must be levied on the contracted amount.

In case of judicial collection, procedural costs and 20% of attorney fees must be added.

AUTHORIZATION

By being a student or passing Certification exams, the student authorizes P-LAB to disclose his name on its website, unless the student requests in writing that this not be done.

The student/client authorizes the use and placement of their image in any and all material including video images, photos, audio, texts, documents and testimonials, to be used in favor of P-LAB, whether intended for dissemination to the defined public at your discretion. This authorization is granted free of charge, covering the use of the aforementioned image throughout the national territory and abroad.

JURISDICTION

To settle any disputes arising from this Term, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the district of Rio de Janeiro.
